From sign-up to your first booking.

A step-by-step guide to setting up fired up! and moving across from the way you take bookings today.

Have these to hand

Everything set-up asks for, so you can get through it in one sitting.

Your logo and colours

A logo file and your brand colours, or pick one of the ready-made studio palettes.

Opening hours

The days and times you’re open each week.

Your sessions

Each session’s name, length, price per person, deposit and start times.

Your room layout

Your benches or tables and how many seats each one has.

How guests pay

Whether you’d like a deposit per person or the full price when guests book.

Your team

Email addresses for anyone who’ll help run bookings or the kiln room.

Six steps to a live booking page

  1. Step 1

    Create your studio

Add your studio name, address and opening hours. Your booking link is made from your studio name, like /book/your-studio.

  2. Step 2

    Bring your brand

Upload your logo and cover photo, then choose a palette and fonts. They carry through to your booking page and every email guests receive.

  3. Step 3

    Build your timetable

Create each session with its length, price per person, deposit and weekly start times, then check it all on the weekly timetable.

  4. Step 4

    Draw your seat plan

Add your benches or tables and how many seats each one has, then choose which ones each session uses.

  5. Step 5

    Turn on payments

Choose whether guests pay a deposit or the full price when they book. Card payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout.

  6. Step 6

    Share your booking link

Put your link on your website, Instagram bio and Google listing. New bookings land on your Today view as they come in.

Moving from your current setup

No big switchover day needed. Here’s how to move across without missing a booking.

Bring over upcoming bookings

Add bookings you’ve already taken as manual bookings, so those seats can’t be booked twice.

Keep online booking paused until you’re ready

Switch online booking off with your own message while you set up, then switch it on when everything looks right.

Swap your booking link

Replace the old link on your website, Instagram bio and Google listing with your new /book link.

Add the kiln room when it suits you

Switch it on in Settings when you’re ready to start tagging pieces and logging firings.
